I wanted to be a dog groomer since the day I gave my scared, adopted dog his first haircut 10 years ago. I was living in Germany at the time and was unable to attend dog grooming school due to limited knowledge of German. I fostered dogs and volunteered at shelters throughout my 30s. 2021 was a year when I made a career change to the pet industry. I am a certified dog groomer and stylist. When you’re a dog groomer, learning never stops and I continue to attend classes and seminars to improve my knowledge and technique. Grooming is not just a career for me; it is everything I dreamed of for so long.
